The Little Grass Shack was established in 1999, first hitting the FM airwaves at KUNV 91.5 FM HD1, Las Vegas, Nevada. The show reaches across Southern Nevada through FM broadcast band and can reach a worldwide audience through live streaming media.

Currently, the live show spreads the Aloha Spirit on Sunday’s from 12pm – 4pm and features the best of Hawaiian and Island music, island culture, lifestyle, and traditions.
Originally from Hau’ula, Hawai’i. A well traveled military brat, moved to the 9th Island of Las Vegas in 1980 as both parents were stationed at Nellis Air Force Base. Attended thirteen different schools before graduating from Wagner High School, Clark Air Force Base, Philippines. Got into AM radio in 1998, had an opportunity to cross over to FM in 1999, created the Little Grass Shack promoting Hawaiian music and culture.
Homegrown Hilo side Big Island, Puna District. A proud Warrior, graduated from Waiākea High School. Thrives on the values and culture obtained from island country living. Began as a general staff member in 2001 pushing music CD’s and records, organizing and staging media. Moved into a live DJ role in 2008.
Ms Aloha On Da 9
Hailing from Pearl City, O’ahu graduating from Pearl City High School with Charger Pride. Studied at Leeward Community College and Central Texas College. President of the Las Vegas Hawaiian Civic Club. Fluent in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi (Hawaiian Language). Started as an on-air DJ with Little Grass Shack in October 2020.
