Nighttime with Ira

Ira David SternbergIra David Sternberg is president of IDS Creative Communications, Inc. a public relations and consulting firm. He is host of Nightime With Ira, which features interviews with the celebrities, entertainers, writers and personalities who make Las Vegas the most exciting city in the world.

His career includes decades of professional broadcasting as well as public relations, writing and communications. Sternberg was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasting Hall of Fame in 2000. He previously hosted a long-running weekly talk show, Las Vegas Notebook.

Some of the guests who have appeared on the Nightime With Ira since its inception in 2005 include, Tony Bennett, Johnny Mathis, Michael Buble, Brooks and Dunn, Reba McEntire, Paul Anka, Bill Cosby, Don Rickles, George Wallace, Louie Anderson, Jon Lovitz, David Copperfield, and Emeril Lagasse.

Ira was vice president of communications and community relations for the Las Vegas Hilton for five years (2004-2009). Prior to joining the Las Vegas Hilton in 2004, Sternberg was deputy chief of staff and director of communications for Lt. Gov. Lorraine T. Hunt.

He was director of public relations at the Tropicana from 1986-97 and director of marketing for the Downtown Progress Association from 1984-86.
